Executive Officer I/Executive Officer II

Duties

Provide administrative support to the Director and management team;

Provide secretarial support to committees and working groups;

Coordinate and organise research and academic activities;

Oversee the daily operation of the Institute, including human resources and financial management;

Work closely with research teams to assist in project management;

Prepare reports, proposals and publicity materials; and

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is necessary. Additionally, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, a high level of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and efficiently with a strong sense of responsibility are required.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
