Miramar Group is a member of Henderson Land Group, with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, property investment, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and major cities in China.

Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (COO Office) to join our Group.

Responsibilities:
Report to Chief Operations Officer’s Office and assist in implementing strategic policies and performing financial planning & analysis duties

Develop Financial Model and Business Analysis to align with the Group’s Vision and Business Objectives

Perform Monthly Business Reviews and Reporting, provide insightful analytics and potential opportunities for the Group

Compare financial results against budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance, and provide analysis to identify areas for improvement

Provide support in preparation of Balanced Scorecard Measurements and other KPIs

Evaluate business processes and operations, and work closely with various stakeholders to provide advice on to-be processes and cross-functional requirements of ERP implementation project

Facilitate in various digital transformation projects such as POS system upgrade and voucher management system etc.

Develop business scenarios and perform financial review for various investment projects

Perform ad hoc tasks by request

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

Qualified Accountant from Professional Accounting Institutions

Minimum 10 years relevant experiences in Management Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or related functions

Experiences in Food & Beverage / Hospitality is highly preferred

Experiences in ERP with Oracle or similar systems is preferred

Proficient in financial modelling in creating financial dashboards or models using Microsoft Excel, Power Point presentation and Power BI tools etc.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent business judgement

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

Well organized with ability to multi-task under tight deadlines

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
