Responsibilities
  • Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Maintain, support, install and manage hardware equipment, software applications, network resources and backups
  • Assist in hardware and software asset management
  • Perform ad-hoc IT related tasks as require
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • At least 1 year of IT helpdesk / IT support experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • A good team player, independent and responsible
  • Immediate availability is preferred
