- Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Maintain, support, install and manage hardware equipment, software applications, network resources and backups
- Assist in hardware and software asset management
- Perform ad-hoc IT related tasks as require
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- At least 1 year of IT helpdesk / IT support experience is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- A good team player, independent and responsible
- Immediate availability is preferred
