DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation support of Network, Wi-Fi, Server, Workstation, Backup, IPTV and AV systems
  • Assist in tracking record for management of mobile application platforms such as Android, Apple i OS
  • To manage the daily IT system and implement IT solutions for business and service process, for example O365, POS, PMS, Sun System, CRM, HR system, etc
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory of all computing equipment
  • Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required
  • Coordinate with vendors to setup and maintain IT infrastructure for company's hotels and properties
  • Work closely with IT Manager to assist in daily operations and hardware maintenance
  • Provide help desk services and coordinate the support service procedures to ensure smooth running, effective logging systems, efficient response times and helpful delivery to end users
  • Interact with guests, clients and internal customers in a friendly, respectful and positive manner
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure the ongoing smooth running and maintenance of IT components
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year user support experience in an environment with Windows desktops, Windows servers and Microsoft applications
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Information Technology or related disciplines; F.5 / Holder of Certificate with more relevant experience will also be considered
  • Experience in MS-SQL & My SQL
  • Experience in mobile application develop (i OS/Android) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Firewall, Window Server, Router, Switch, Telephone System, IPTV system
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience (PC, TCP/IP networking devices, etc.)
  • Good customer service attitude and communication skills, enthusiastic and responsible
  • Good team player and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
