- Perform on-site deskside and hardware support including IMAC, desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems technologies
- Provide technical support of daily deskside with hardware support and problem resolution
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Holder of MCSE/MCTS/MS900 is preferred
- Support experiences on deskside and hardware support, windows patch support
- Good communication skill for daily operation
- Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure
- At least 1 years relevant experience in IT support, system administration and hardware
***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
