- Serve as the primary owner of team reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data presented.
- Assist in the operation of contract expiry data handling, including tracking, updating, and reporting on contract statuses.
- Support the invoice handling process, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and timely processing.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel.
- 1-2 years’ working experience in managing team reports, contract expiry data, invoice processing and analyzing data to identify trends.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Presentation skills is required.
- Work independently and proactively. Also be a good team player.
***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
