Company : Our client has been supplying aluminium wheels, parts and components to renowned brands of motors for decades

Location : Causeway Bay

Working hours : Mon – Fri: 8am to 5pm

Monthly Salary : HK$17,000 – 20,000

Responsibilities :
Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow

Prepare monthly financial reports and compile data for management meetings

Process payments, vouchers, debit notes, cheques, and remittances

Assist in the consolidation process

Coordinate with external auditors and banks

Enter data into the ERP system and oversee petty cash management

Requirements :
2-3 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts (Fresh graduates major in Accounting will also be considered)

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Well-organized and capable of working independently

Native Cantonese with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Experience working in a Japanese company is advantageous

Experience in ERP system is a big plus
