About our role
We are now looking for a talented Senior Manager, Events and Project (PAD) to be part of our dynamic team. You will be planning and manage the company’s signature CSR event, the Swire Properties White Christmas Street Fair, youth empowerment programme and the Swire Properties Placemaking Academy.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Marketing Execution, execute a marketing plan for a particular product, service, or specialty area while working within established marketing systems.
  • Events Planning and Delivery, Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget, meeting all deadlines and coordinating activities of all other parties involved in the design, development, sales, marketing and delivery of the events.
  • Events Development and Design, contribute to the generation of new ideas and topics for conferences and events; develop detailed proposals and business cases that support company marketing plans.
  • Marketing Campaign Development, carry out supplier and contract management tasks to support advertising/promotion/other marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation, Collate and summarize information for use in developing content and write first drafts of straight forward content for print or websites.
  • Marketing Communications, contribute to the development and delivery of marketing communications campaigns across all media to support the business plan and increase sales.
  • Marketing Planning, Contribute to the development of tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Portfolio Management, deliver small project workstreams, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
  • Personal Capability Building, Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.


REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate
  • Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (At least 8 years of relevant experience gained from a reputable organization in management of events, promotion, sponsorship and/ corporate hospitality programmes)
  • Extensive event management skills
  • Demonstrable experience of multi-platform communications
  • Proven ability to work with, and project manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Resourceful and detailed-oriented, with a keen design eye.
