Senior Officer, Store Design & Maintenance

Responsibilities:

To lead and manage projects of stores’ maintenance work and renovations
To coordinate in constructions of new stores
To ensure legal compliance for the safety regulations in terms of fire service and electricity regulations etc. in stores’ projects
To liaise with contractors, vendors, landlords, management offices and inter departments in order to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
To obtain quotations, tendering, budgeting and contract & payment administration
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree / diploma holder in Construction, Engineering, Building Management or equivalent
Minimum 4 years solid experience on Construction & Maintenance project management experience, preferably in retail industry
Self-motivated, independent and able to tackle problems in a positive way
Proficiency with MS Office is a must and knowledge in Auto CAD is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
