The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.
The HKMA currently embarks on a multi-year Digitalisation Programme that cuts across multiple functions, including banking and anti-money laundering supervision, financial stability surveillance, research and investment, with the aim of using technologies and data science to help us identify emerging risks and trends in a more forward-looking manner.
There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position to work under the Digitalisation Programme:

Senior Product Associate (Digitalisation Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping and driving data-related products (e.g. data governance tool, data platform, data visualisation tool) vision, strategy and roadmap
• Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch for data-related products
• Drive usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experiences
• Engage stakeholders across multiple business areas and work closely with the enablement team and engineering team to ensure product alignment with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, information systems or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, technology
• Proven track record in product management and product development on web platforms and applications (data-related products) to achieve positive results
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles, with a strong creative vision for planning design roadmaps
• Experience of using wireframe tool and / or design software a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
