Support Team / Customer Service Representative (International Fintech)

My client is an international online payment processing company covering credit and debit cards and local payment solutions.
They are looking for a Support Team Representative (Hong Kong), with an interest in financial services, to join their HK team.
Role:
  • Address and solve customer issues through email, Slack, and Skype
  • Cooperate with other online platform representatives
  • Help customers with API integration to our gateway
  • Build and maintain the processing environment
  • Identify and document bugs and features
  • Handle correspondence with merchants and various third parties
  • Manual QA of integrations with our client partners
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical/customer support/ Sales Support
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations
  • Willingness to learn and initiate
  • Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
  • Fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (a must) and English

Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
