Integrated Vocational Development Centre

Term Technician

Major Duties:

(a)

To assist in setting up and maintaining PC hardware & software and related equipment;

(b)

To assist in the procurement and inventory control of office equipment;

(c)

To monitor and maintain the server and develop website and system;

(d)

To assist in venue and equipment setting for online meetings, events, webinars and other publicity events;

(e)

To assist in the design and production of promotional materials, including but not limited to backdrop, leaflet, web-banner, email broadcast;

(f)

To assist in video / photo-taking and editing; and

(g)

To assist in compilation and updating of equipment / software’s operational manual and guidelines.

Requirements:

(a)

A recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant discipline;

(b)

At least 2 years’ relevant work experience;

(c)

Good IT / AV knowledge and skills;

(d)

Strong initiative, good communication skills and interpersonal skills; and

(e)

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Notes:

(1)

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.

(2)

Appointee(s) will be posted to the sites at Cheung Sha Wan, Tuen Mun or Tseung Kwan O.

(3)

The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and / or at different work locations on a need basis.
