HR Services Specialist
- Communication and information for staff
- Preparation of HR related documents and reports
- Organizing events and meetings and trainings
- Overview of working time records
- Preparation of payroll data and contact with the payroll company,
- Managing internal HR related databases and registries
- Registration of mandatory occupational health examinations and mandatory training (work, fire protection, compliance, data security, etc.). Keeping up to date and complete management of these trainings
- Supporting the daily work of HR Team
- Organizing, control of HR databases with regard to quality management processes
- Participate in the Welcome Newcomer Process
- Event Management
- Overview of employee’s time book sheets
- Setting up job fairs
- Taking part in the preparation of monthly payroll
- Contact to external providers
- Doing daily HR related ad-hoc tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- Bsc or Msc degree (HR related or econmics)
- B2 level of English (German is an advantage), fluency in Hungarian is essential
- 1-3 years experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Accuracy
- Strong emphatical skills, hardworker
