Your Team Responsibilities

Global Expense Team is responsible for accounting activities related to IT expenses, including IT consultancy fees, Fixed assets, Acquired Intangibles and Internal Use Software. The team is responsible for month end close related activities including GL entry posting, B/S reconciliation, P&L analytics, Financial Statetement related activities, reporting and presentation of results to Management and involvement in the purchase approval process.

Your Key Responsibilities

The role covers the accounting and reporting responsibilities of IT Consultant fees, Datacenters, Circuits and Maintenance contract expenditures. Additionally, the role also includes participating in the procurement process of IT-related expense categories, involvement in the approval process and assessment of accounting implications.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Accounting degree/recognized accounting-related qualification, or degree in Finance
At least 2-3 years working experience in accounting/controlling area
Good English communication skills both verbal and written
Ability of working in a global environment
Good Microsoft Excel skills (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
SAP experience is an advantage
Proactive approach
Attention to detail
High level of motivation, commitment to work hard
Motivation to gain knowledge in IT areas such as hardware and software is a plus
