As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Hungary.
Position Overview:
As we expand our global footprint, we are excited to announce the opening of a new market in Hungary. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to spearhead our growth efforts in this emerging market. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our existing customer base while also identifying and developing new business opportunities in Hungary. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our market expansion, contributing directly to the success of our company in a rapidly growing and competitive software industry. You will work closely with our sales management and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that will position us as a market leader in Hungary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in Hungary, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective customer.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Administration: Assist with sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team, marketing, and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Or a Completed vocational training.
- Experience: 6-12 month of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology industry (internships or part-time work will be considered).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hungarian and advanced English is essential. German is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software products and technology trends. Highly literate in most Microsoft package
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Hungary as needed.
- 400000 HUF per month plus monthly commission with a potential to reach 600000 HUF a month
