Job Description
TSI Force at Telekom Deutschland is looking for a developer in its Salesforce team in Hungary. TSI Force is a cloud application based on Salesforce, one of the leading providers of cloud applications. The aim is to map the business processes in the presales and sales area on the basis of TSI Force in a simple, intuitive and user-friendly manner. The focus is also on improved cooperation with the service area.

As a “Salesforce Developer” you design, implement and develop customer requirements in TSI Force on complex subject areas. In a team of developers, consultants / business analysts and architects, you will adapt the software to the business requirements in the context of scrum-based work via declarative configuration and programming.


Tasks & responsibilities:

• Adjustment of Salesforce on the basis of user stories that describe the technical requirements
• Use of Salesforce tools for the declarative implementation of functions
• Extension to the Salesforce Standard with the help of APEX programming, Visualforce and other coding options.
• Clarification of open questions about the user stories in direct dialogue with the product owner, business analysts, architects, consultants or, if necessary, professional input providers
• Participation in the technical integration of TSI Force into the existing IT landscape
• Unit and system test of the implemented functions including the creation of test cases for quality assurance
• Participation in the elimination of errors and faults as part of the Dev Ops activities
• Implementation of test cases in test automation with Selenium Behave
• System integration / API development
• All of the above activities take place in close interaction with the other members of the Scrum team

Qualifications

• You have proven practical experience with the Salesforce platform
• Ideally, you also have experience with Talend Data Integration
• Practical experience with requirements, understanding of process and data modeling, technical design and implementation of Salesforce applications
• Training as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator and Developer, ideally with relevant certifications
• Development of front-end and back-end applications on the Salesforce platform
• Knowledge and willingness to use modern, agile methods such as SCRUM or the design thinking approach
• English language knowledge of efficient working level (at least B2)

Experience in the following is an advantage:

• Understanding of relational database handling, the concept of Web-Services
• Know-how in cloud based development
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies
• Willingness to work in Test Driven Development Team
• Experience with Version Control and Deployment Systems like Git Lab, Jenkins, ANT etc.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales (Administrator Level, Configuration, APEX Coding, SFDX)
• REST Service
• YAML
• Experience in sales process related software development project
• T-shaped or π-shaped interest: Main focus on development, but willingness to do all activities in development lifecycle (requirement analysis, UI design, quality assurance, test & test automation, UAT, deployment, release, technical support)
