We are looking for a Partnerships and Project Management Expert for a full-time position (40 hours/week) to join Strategic Program Development of Corporate and Institutional Relations at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
The Partnerships and Project Management Expert is responsible for the high-level supervision and management of projects related to corporate, and institutional collaborations at Corvinus University of Budapest, with a particular focus on strategic partnerships.

The Partnerships and Project Management Expert is responsible for the high-level supervision and management of projects related to corporate, and institutional collaborations at Corvinus University of Budapest, with a particular focus on strategic partnerships.
About the role

You will oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of projects related to the university's corporate and institutional relationships, with a focus on strategic partnerships.

You will actively build and manage the university’s strategic partnerships, maintain effective communication with partners, implement value propositions, and handle all related administrative tasks.

You will foster close, continuous, and effective collaboration with external corporate and institutional partners, as well as internal departments within the university.

You will ensure high-quality client and service management for the university’s strategic partners, maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will monitor project progress in detail, prepare presentations, reports, project evaluations, and decision-support materials for both internal stakeholders and partners, and establish best practices.

You will prioritize projects, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the successful and timely completion of all projects.

You will carry out comprehensive administrative tasks related to projects.

You will utilize modern project management methods and technologies, and actively employ a comprehensive project portfolio management framework in project tasks.

You will strategically manage partner relationships, build and maintain long-term collaborations, and continuously develop the network of connections.
Elvárások
About you:
-
You have a University degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
-
You have 2-3 years of professional experience in project and/or client management with a proven track record in these areas
-
You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and have demonstrated experience with project management solutions, and presentation tools.

You are comfortably fluent in English and Hungarian, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
-
You bring an agile mindset, with a knack for structured and constructive thinking.
-
Your problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities stand out, and you thrive working independently while being reliable and flexible.

You excel in teamwork and communication, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
-
Experience in project management within higher education institutions or with grant management is advantageous, as is experience in an agency or client relations role.
