The Opportunity

As a Polaris Training Coordinator, you will collaborate with members of the Polaris Training workstream across regions (EMEA & APAC) and ensure cross-regional process alignment.
According to the existing global framework, you will liaise with trainers to coordinate training activities per country for People and Culture (P&C), customer support, employees, managers, etc. including managing the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant registration where needed.

• Coordinate training segments with external vendors
  
• Inform employees about available training opportunities and provide necessary information
  
• Leverage the Roche training systems (Cornerstone) to properly record training events & attendance
  
• Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, progress monitoring (reporting), and visibility to Roche teams of learner progress
  
• Coordinate training lessons learned sessions & drive improvements based on outcomes
  

Who you are

• Proven experience in roles such as Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator and and fluency in English.
  
• Hands-on experience with coordinating multiple training events in a corporate environment.
  
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
  
• Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Cornerstone is a plus.
