• Plan and execute experiments to develop fermentation processes
• Handle samples for further analysis
• Summarize and share results
• Document experiments in laboratory journals and batch records
• Organize and conduct maintenance of instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, and GMP standards in accordance with current requirements

• BSc in Biotechnology or equivalent
• Experience in bioprocess development of antibiotics is an advantage
• Practical knowledge of and passion for fermentation technology
• Basic skills in laboratory operations
• Strong collaboration skills
• Exceptional accuracy, reliability and efficiency
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on openness, transparency and clear communication
• Enthusiastic about plant work, with a keen interest in equipment and software
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Ability to work in a shift schedule is expected
