Overview:
The Service Product Engineer is fully responsible for defining finished goods spare parts and creating spare part lists for newly developed cabinets and accessories in Commercial Refrigeration factories. After the service parts are identified, the engineer must coordinate their phase-in through the relevant processes, monitor their lifecycle, and phase out the parts when they are no longer within the service period.

Technical education, attitude, and experience, along with the ability to read 2D drawings, are essential for this position. Additionally, effective cooperation and coordination with various departments, especially the R&D department, is required, with communication conducted in English.
Responsibilities:

• Factories ECN process reading and follow-up
• Spare part definition and mark in related ERP system
• Create spare part lists for newly developed finished goods/accessories based on BOM structure
• Reading 2D drawings
• Handling existing 3D exploded models and be able to execute basic modifications
• Cooperate with other R&D departments in case of missing models/drawings
• Document upload to SAP
• Project related support

Qualifications:

• Proven technical attitude/experience
• 2D drawing reading
• Basic 3D (exploded) model view creation/modification experience
• Ability to work in international team->Enhanced knowledge of English language
