Mission

The UCC Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's communication infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration across various platforms. This includes maintaining and enhancing the existing To IP and VC infrastructure, overseeing the migration to a new cloud-based solution, and staying abreast of emerging UCC technologies.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's To IP and VC infrastructure.
• Lead the migration to a cloud-based UCC solution.
• Evaluate and implement new UCC technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of To IP and VC information

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in To IP and VC infrastructure management.
• Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are an advantage
• Experience with cloud-based To IP and VC solutions is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
