Crisil has assigned Arka a rating of AA (-) for the long-term borrowings and A1 (+) for the short-term borrowings.

Arka is currently present in 17 cities across West, South and North regions in India and has 300+ employees across all branches.

Job Description

1. Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy through AOP & LRP for aggressive growth in the LAP business.

2. Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.

3. Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.

4. Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.

5. Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.

6. Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.

8. Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.

9. Closely associate with all support groups.

10. Operation To seek support in driving branch business & processes.

Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business
Establish team performance metrics and expectations and regularly review performance
Identify training needs provide skill based training to enhance capabilities of team

14. Managing profit & lose, managing portfolio, customer, customer portfolio, customer life-cycle.

15. Doing Secured & Unsecured lending.

16. Managing various business & productivity metrices.

Requirements

12 or more years in sales for lending (preferablt on retail side), with last 5 years in leadership roles.
Understanding/knowledge of governance practices, internal control systems & ability to monitor incentive activities/programs.
Extensive awareness of competetor strategies and product development.
