Areas of Responsibility

• Proactively initiate outbound communications with customers who have shown interest in the company's products and services.
• Convert new or potential customers into active members by providing a positive customer experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition to the company or brands' platform.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company and brand's offerings to effectively convey the value, benefits, and unique features to new customers.
• Utilize live chat, and follow-up emails to ensure customer satisfaction, foster engagement, and encourage long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service, CRM, operations, and marketing teams to share valuable insights and strategies that drive improved customer conversion and engagement.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales and customer service role.
• Prior experience in the i Gaming industry, preferably with a focus on gaming or e Commerce sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great email and chat etiquette.
• Minimum of 6 months of voice/phone call center experience managing US-based accounts.
• At least 6 months of experience providing email and chat support for US-based accounts.
• Has a genuine care for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer-facing software with strong IT literacy and technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus but not essential

Important Requirements

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule/weekend/holidays.
• You will need your own office set up with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset and a reliable internet connection.
