One of our clients, an Australian concept brand, explores art through pleats and colour and is looking for an Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and people-focused professional with extensive experience in human resources management. They should excel in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The candidate possesses strong communication and leadership skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation and address employee concerns with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software, knowledge of labour laws, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum of five years in a human resources role, ideally in a global or multinational environment.
• Experience supporting cross-country HR operations, with a preference for those who have worked in HR Shared Services for a global company.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) applications, ensuring smooth operations and effective data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Skilled in analysing HR metrics and data, leveraging insights to guide strategic HR decisions and improvements.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in relevant jurisdictions.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support HR team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

Responsibilities :

• Create and implement HR strategy, company rules, and SOPs.
• Develop and implement a performance assessment system (KPI).
• Manage and oversee the renewal process for Expat Employee Visas, Kitas, and Passports.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Identifying training, organising employee training programs.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Creating initiatives to boost employee morale and measuring and improving employee engagement.
• Ensuring the organisation follows all employment laws and regulations and upholding ethical standards in HR practices.
• Manage the registration, updates, and termination of employees’ BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Ensure timely and accurate BPJS contributions in compliance with regulations and update policies in line with regulatory changes.
• Provide support to employees regarding their BPJS rights and obligations, and handle claims when necessary.
