Job description :
Salary : IDR 6.000.000 - 10.000.000

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
• Inspect food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Greet and interact with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, staffing, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
