We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Manager to join our team in National Office in Dun Laoghaire!
The contract will be Fixed-Term (1 year maternity leave cover), Full-Time, 35 hours.
Starting Salary - €53945 - DOE
Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential rehabilitation services to people living with brain injury in Ireland. Role Duties:
- Line and Operational Management of the HR Team and overseeing that the HR deparmtent has effective and compliant administration
- Recruitment Quality Management
- HR life-cycle process management
- Monthly management reports to line managers
- Prepartaion of monthly HR Metrics
- Privide guidance to managers on the application of HR policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed in compliance with employment law in Ireland
- Ensure all policies and pricedures are up to date
- Ensure ABI Ireland's Vision, Mission and Values are consistently reflected in all activities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence employees and stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practice including employee relations, recruitment, pay and benefits, HR systems, contracts and statutory requirements, diversity and performance management
- Able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making and a hands on approach
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on customer service
- A confident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Systems – strong working knowledge of HR and payroll systems and processes
- Excellent MS Office skills
- An ability to manage conflict and problem solve
- Commitment to equal opportunities
- A relevant 3 rd level qualification in HR or related discipline
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent.
