Nazareth Care Ireland is growing our Human Resources Team and we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Regional office.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Nazareth Care Ireland, Regional Office, Clontarf Road, Dublin
Reports to: Group Human Resources Manager
Purpose of the job: As a strategic partner to assigned services you will align HR initiatives with organisational goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in all aspects of HR.
Main responsibilities:
· Support with organisational design and change management initiatives including supporting Directors of Nursing with new service development initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices are aligned with evolving service offerings.
· Collaborate with assigned stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert HR guidance.
· Build on and maintain relationships with our union representatives, support negotiations, and advise on aspects of employee relations within a unionised environment.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to Directors of Nursing, management and employees on a wide range of ER issues, promoting a positive and engaged work environment.
· Support recruitment strategies, the recruitment cycle, and the implementation of effective onboarding programs.
· Drive our performance management processes, identify training needs, and facilitate team building and leadership development.
· Develop and implement absence management policies, monitor trends, and support employee wellbeing.
· Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your direct report(s) and managers.
Qualifications Skills & Attributes required:
· A primary degree in HR. CIPD Membership is an advantage
· 3 to 5+ years of HR experience, including experience in a unionised environment
· Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Analytical and problem-solving expertise
· Change management experience
· Full, clean driving licence as travel is required to each of our nursing homes
· Familiarity with regulations in healthcare is an advantage
· Experience with HR and Office Systems, Softworks, Office and AI is an advantage
· Deep understanding of Irish healthcare industry trends
· Evidence of ongoing CPD
· Be organised and have excellent attention to detail
· Be a self-starter, self-motivated and very innovative
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can build effective professional relationships
· Be capable of prioritising and managing multiple projects at one time

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
