Produce Sales Manager

Produce Sales Manager
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Produce Sales Manager, to continue market share growth across the category.

Key Accountabilities:
Design and implement an effective produce category sales development plan adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace.
Work with the Head of Produce and SSO Team on the management and development of the pricing and margin strategy.
Develop a collaborative relationship with the Head of Sales and wider team to ensure there is clarity and alignment on category growth plans.
In conjunction with the Head of Sales, develop a local provenance proposition in each region.
Support the regional sales teams on delivery of their sales growth plans.
Build effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity.
Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools across the produce sales team.
Through training and coaching, develop the business and commercial acumen of the team.
Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in produce sales
The ability to read, analyse and interpret financial data and reports.
Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities.
Strong and effective communication skills including presentation, networking, and negotiating.
Salesforce experience.
A proactive approach to customer needs and the ability to build and maintain partnerships
The ability to facilitate change effectively
Full clean Drivers Licence
