What We Offer:
The Quality Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure all information is properly recorded and processes are followed. Additionally, you will assist with the maintenance and upgrades of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all processes align with company standards and continuous improvement objectives.

The Quality Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure all information is properly recorded and processes are followed. Additionally, you will assist with the maintenance and upgrades of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all processes align with company standards and continuous improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project requirements to fully understand OCC and client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and compile the information for review and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals before final approval.
- Develop persuasive content that effectively highlights the company’s unique value proposition.
- Ensure documents are visually appealing by incorporating a cohesive design, utilizing high-quality images, consistent fonts, and colour schemes, and organizing content in a clear, logical manner.
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading the company’s QMS, supporting continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for construction management systems used by OCC.
- Maintain and update a documentation library by ensuring all documents are consistently formatted, aligned across multiple files, and visually cohesive. Regularly review and revise content to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Conduct post-presentation reviews and analyse outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of construction management systems such as Procore or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel).
- Experience working to enhance visual elements in presentations.
- Familiarity with QMS processes and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
- Strong research skills to gather relevant data and insights.
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
