About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Reception Supervisor to join our Welcome team.

About you:
  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English Language, both written and oral.
  • Ability to provide clear and pleasant telephone and face-to-face communication in English with proper grammar.
  • Ability to convey a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
  • Ability to focus and multitask, to use time efficiently; prioritise and organise work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to interact and engage with all guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Ability to understand and respond appropriately to guest enquiries and needs while remaining calm and courteous and provide accurate and correct responses.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
  • As a Reception Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the Welcome Department in a friendly, energetic and professional manner by telephone, email and face-to-face consistently delivering a Five-Star level of service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be responsible for supervising the front of house operations within the hotel.
  • Work with the management team to ensure strong morale amongst the team at all times.
  • Assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
  • Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
  • Deliveri a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the Hotel to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
  • To use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities.
