RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Compliance Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Corporate ESG & Compliance Unit.
Mission
The ideal candidate will contribute to ensure the Corporate compliance with Administrative Liability Laws and Regulations, with particular focus on third party due diligence.
Key Accountabilities
The ideal candidate will learn how to:
- Execute third-party due diligence on business partners, by both batches and responding to specific requests from the operation or other corporate functions
- Prepare draft periodic reports on performed due diligence activities
- Dialogue with global legal affairs to determine follow-up and actions
- Provide advice to other Organisational Units on issues relevant to the matter
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science or Economics
Master’s Degree in Law
Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian languages
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Power Point and Excel)
