About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an IT Controller to join the IT controlling team.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, your expertise will play an important role within the Group IT Controlling team, directly reporting to the Group IT Controller. Collaborating closely with both local Finance and IT teams, you'll oversee the planning of IT Regional OPEX and streamline reporting through systems like Oracle Zeus and HFM. Your keen eye will be essential in supervising Group IT results, particularly focusing on OPEX, and evaluating new initiatives and investments alongside the IT CAPEX Controller.
Thanks to your coordination skills, you'll efficiently gather information from various IT Controllers and local Finance teams to present comprehensive Group IT OPEX reports on a monthly basis. Your collaboration will extend beyond internal teams as you liaise with the Function PMO, IT Planning & Governance team, and IT Platform Leaders to ensure seamless integration of new IT organizational structures into transaction processes.
Building strong business partnerships is key. You'll establish connections with CIO direct reports within the IT Leadership Team and foster relationships with the Finance community, including OVH Controlling, Tax department, Group Controlling, and Reporting. Your adaptability will shine as you remain flexible to support team members in navigating changing priorities effectively.

Who we are looking for:
In this role, your previous experiences in Administration or Controlling, coupled with any background in IT Controller functions, are highly valued. Your participation in IT project development would be advantageous, given the unique nature of our department. Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and HFM is beneficial for navigating our processes effectively.

Your proficiency in Planning & Reporting, Accounting, and both Internal and External Audit processes will ensure smooth operations. Additionally, your skills in data management and analysis will contribute to informed decision-making within the team.
