Account Manager

- Proactively follow up on leads and business opportunities with targeted accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers under your management.
- Oversee account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and create quarterly/annual activity plans for management.
- Prepare proposals, including pricing strategies.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth and profitability.
- Independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other relevant departments to implement new sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring sales objectives are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and follow up on project deliveries with the Project Manager to ensure all project stages are completed on time.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
- At least three years of experience in IT or AV products is preferred.
- A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any field.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients/partners.
- A drive to exceed expectations and meet targets.
Pay: RM4,000.83 - RM5,000.42 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
