Project: Electronic Appliances Project
Shift 9am-6pm. Monday to Friday
Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: MYR 3000- MYR 3200

  • Ability to work in a high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employee or customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change of environment.
What will be your job responsibilities?
OVERVIEW:
Support and manage buyer/seller enquiries and escalations in a proper manner. We need an individual who is strong in decision making and has soft skills and competencies to manage our customers.
JOB SCOPE:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers via omnichannels.
Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to related to home appliances and mobile devices.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals.
Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
