JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on rotational shifts.
• Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
• Age Group: 19-45 years old.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
