JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Able to communicate in Mandarin since it will be dealing with a Mandarin Speaker.
● SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
● Able to work on rotational shifts.
● Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
● Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
● Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issues related to the company’s products.
● Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
● Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
● Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat.
● Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
● Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
● Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
● Possess strong understanding of the company's products.
● Keep records of customer interactions.

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
