Customer Service Officer (Urdu/ English Speaker)

We are looking for bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Urdu and English to join our team in Malaysia. Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries through various communication channels. This role requires proficiency in both Urdu and English to support customers effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in both Urdu and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers with billing, account information, order tracking, and general inquiries.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Must be based in Malaysia at time of application.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
