About My Sakinah: For the past two years, My Sakinah has been pioneering innovative solutions to help couples navigate the complexities of marriage. Through extensive research and development (R&D) and real-world application, we’ve reached over 2,500 spouses with our fully online support program, successfully saving marriages on the brink of divorce. With a 70% success rate, we have demonstrated that, with the right tools and guidance, even the most challenging relationships can be revived.
Building on this success, we are now launching Malaysia's most comprehensive Marriage Transformation Program — Season 1. This initiative is the culmination of two years of insights and learnings from our pilot programs, evolving into a scalable solution designed to empower countless couples to strengthen their relationships.
Structured uniquely like a TV drama series, Season 1 will feature 200 masterclass online episodes delivered by 20 of Malaysia’s top marital experts. Each episode will address 10 core topics essential for a healthy marriage, combining masterful instruction with interactive engagement to ensure couples receive lasting value.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our subscribers have a seamless experience after signing up for Season 1. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services and programs offered by My Sakinah.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding New Customers: Guide new subscribers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the program and how to maximize its benefits.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their experience with the program.
Customer Engagement: Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels, utilizing feedback to improve service and support.
Upselling Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services or programs that align with customer needs and enhance their journey with My Sakinah.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and facilitate smooth transitions for upselling.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (such as Hub Spot) to track customer interactions, monitor engagement metrics, and manage sales pipelines.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the wellness or education sector.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Hub Spot, for tracking customer interactions and managing relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Ability to identify upselling opportunities and effectively communicate the value of additional services.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
