Marketing Director in coordination with Digital Transformation Group Head in Indonesia.
Overview
The role will lead the digital strategy across all brands, focusing on enhancing online presence, optimizing digital campaigns, and leveraging technology to drive business growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the digital landscape, create engaging content, and collaborate with various teams to achieve digital transformation goals.
Job Description

Leverage brand campaigns into social media activities, website, and commerce site presence, as well as email campaigns.
Manage monthly editorial calendar planning and create engaging content for all digital assets: Instagram.
Brief the creative team to develop visuals and copy based on the agreed editorial calendar.
Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a weekly and monthly basis.
Identify social content opportunities that drive higher engagement and conversion to purchase.
Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments like brand, commercial, and marketing insights to ensure excellent digital ecosystem campaign implementation.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing or transformation roles.
Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and trends.
Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
