Our client is looking to collaborate with talented people for the Wintel Administrator role.
Role Title: Wintel Administrator
Type: Contract with Abhidi Solution
Client: HCL Tech
Work Location: KL, Malaysia (Remote)
Mode: Remote
Shift: EST time zone
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s)
Core skills required are:
OS Skills & Troubleshooting/BSOD/Memory Dump
MS Cluster
RAID and Disk expansions
OS recovery
MS Patching Remediation
Hyper-V
MS Cluster
Antivirus
Backup
Server Provisioning/ Decom process
1. Hands on experience in administration of Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016 server
2. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
3. Knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of Window OS, Cluster
4. Administration and problem-solving capability in IBM, HP, Dell and Cisco Hardware, RAID, firmware BIOS upgrade
5. Basic knowledge of Vmware
6. Basic knowledge of Active Directory
7. Ready to work in 24 X 7 work environment.
8. Should have experience in ITIL processes. Incident, Change, Problem Management process must be known
9. Exposure to any ITSM tool like CA Service Desk, SNOW for ticket management
10. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MCSE/MCSA will be preferred.
