Freight Sales Manager (Recruitment for AML)

- Define and execute the company’s Freight Sales Strategy.
- Lead freight sales efforts across all distribution channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional and local customers, delivering tailored solutions to boost business and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with new freight consortiums and agents.
- Initiate tactical activities to drive sales by monitoring freight bookings and forecasted volumes.

Who you are
You possess a strong sense of integrity, consistently conducting yourself with honesty, fairness, and respect towards others, irrespective of the situation or outcomes. Your service-oriented attitude and ability to quickly adjust to changes are commendable. You excel in organizing and structuring your tasks efficiently, flourishing in roles that demand both autonomy and reliance on your expertise. Additionally, you take pleasure in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, ports, and transport services sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Well-connected with a deep understanding of the freight market in Southern Europe and Northern Africa.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, French and Arabic
- Spanish is as plus
- If applicable, able to obtain permission to work in Morocco (VISA)
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tanger, Morocco within our Commercial Team.
