About the position of Account Executive
Considering our current position and future plans, entering the Dutch market is the natural next step for our company. As one of the first Account Executives in our Dutch office, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to redefine the AI and chatbot landscape in the Netherlands. Kindly is already a significant player in the Dutch market, but it still has untapped potential which is why we need you and your sales expertise on the team. Your role will be more than just selling - it's about creating lasting relationships, solving complex problems, and being a trusted partner to our clients.

What you'll do
As an Account Executive, your job will be to:
  • Work with potential customers in the enterprise segment. Identifying opportunities, generating leads, and navigating the market effectively will be crucial to our expansion.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers, typically support managers and IT directors. You'll be engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs, and proposing tailored solutions (it's a significant plus if you have sold to this type of decision-makers before, but not a requirement).
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, including all associated administrative tasks.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from some initial prospecting and meeting booking to contract negotiations.


Desired qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the Saa S industry.
  • You are accustomed to working with decision-makers in larger companies from various industries in the Netherlands and/or Be-Ne-Lux.
  • Experience in outbound sales.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English.
