Job description:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be involved in the following tasks:
· Reviewing and validating invoice bookings
· Processing invoices and following up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
· Collaborating with staff from other departments to verify invoices
· Assisting with monthly closing and audit work
· Administrative support in day-to-day operational tasks, queries, and issues
Profile:
· Understanding of business environment and basic accounting principles
· Experience in administrative tasks
· Attention to detail
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in English language
· Working knowledge of MS Excel
· Good communication skills
You will work in a small team located in Hoofddorp.
