For this role we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands

As an Android developer at Move in Amsterdam, you will be part of an enthusiastic team that strives to get even better every day.Energized by people is one of our core values. The Android team consists of developers who have a clear opinion about what makes good code. Because of this, every project has the same architecture.
To give you an idea in terms of the stack we use in each project:

• Kotlin
• Clean Architecture & MVVM
• Kotlin Coroutines
• Dagger Hilt of Koin
• Jetpack Compose and several other Jetpack libraries
• JUnit 5

As an Android developer, you will have knowledge of the Android SDK and industry standard libraries and tooling, as well as knowledge of and experience with software architecture, design patterns and unit testing using JUnit 5 and other tooling such as Mock K. Our projects are written entirely in Kotlin.
Move works continuously on projects for many different national and international clients in alternating Scrum teams. Together you are responsible for a perfectly functioning app. Every project is different and that makes working as an Android developer at Move varied and challenging.
There is also room to play with new technologies such as machine learning and AR. Move will make sure that on your 1st working day, your induction program is ready and your personal buddy is ready, so you can get started as soon as possible.
Besides being a great colleague, you are a software developer at heart and share our passion for mobile. Furthermore, you have good analytical skills and do not shy away from deadlines.
In addition, you have an intrinsic drive to learn about new techniques and look at things from a user perspective.
