What you will do
As a Technical Strategist, you play a crucial role in shaping our technology vision and strategy. You are the one who provides technical expertise during the sales process and thinks strategically with the client. You understand the client's business and can both put technical solutions on paper and present them convincingly. You translate technical possibilities into commercial opportunities and are involved in developing innovative digital products for our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to determine the technical impact on projects and help shape the strategic direction of our business. You will help think about how we as an agency can help our clients grow and how we continue to position ourselves as a market leader. You will also be instrumental in guiding workshops and pitches, ensuring informed technical advice that convinces clients of the best solutions.

You see what needs to be done and seize the opportunity to make improvements where necessary. In this role, it is important that you are confident and take responsibility, where you will always have the space to develop your own technical evangelism and represent Move Agency externally, strengthening partnerships with major suppliers and customers. In short, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support during the sales process, thinking strategically with the customer.
- Develop Move Agency's technology vision and strategy and translate it into commercial goals and action plans.
- Identify, discuss and translate new technologies and trends into opportunities for Move and our clients.
- Be involved in formulating technical and strategic solutions, pitches and workshops for clients.
- Take a leading role in determining technical impact on projects and providing strategic advice.
- Be the face of Move for technical issues both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with board and management team to further drive Move's growth.
- Motivate and direct developers to continue to innovate in techniques and working methods.
What you have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a commercial environment.
- A completed technical education.
- Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing technology strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to eventually assume a larger role within Move.
