Are you a real coffee lover and do you have all those leadership skills? Do you enjoy making guests leave with a big smile because stress is not in your dictionary? Then apply now for the position of Shift Supervisor!
As a Shift Supervisor, you manage all baristas, delegate tasks and actively help so that guests always enjoy the so-called 'Starbucks Experience'. You train, motivate and coach the employees and you have a number of administrative responsibilities. Despite the crowds, you always manage to keep a cool head. We are looking for Shift Supervisors for various Starbucks station locations in the Netherlands. This concerns the locations Amsterdam CS, Amsterdam Zuid, Leiden, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Breda, Den Bosch, Nijmegen, Rotterdam and Utrecht.
WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?

You have leadership qualities that you want to develop further;
You are available at least 3 days a week;
You have an enthusiastic guest-oriented attitude;
You have a smile from ear to ear;
You like to work in a team, but you can also perform tasks independently;
You do not like a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job, but you are flexible and willing to work during the week, in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays;
You master both the Dutch and English languages.

A salary according to the catering collective labor agreement; between €1900 and €2400 gross per month (based on a 38 hour contract/1 FTE);
