Apply as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks

As a Shift Supervisor, you manage all baristas, you delegate tasks and actively help so that guests always enjoy the so-called 'Starbucks Experience'. You also train, motivate and coach the employees and have a number of administrative responsibilities. Despite the hustle and bustle, you always know how to keep a cool head. We are looking for Shift Supervisors for various Starbucks station locations in the Netherlands. This concerns the locations Amsterdam CS, Amsterdam Zuid, Leiden, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Breda, Den Bosch, Nijmegen, Rotterdam and Utrecht.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have leadership qualities that you want to develop further;
- You are available at least 3 days a week;
- You have an enthusiastic, guest-oriented attitude;
- You have a smile from ear to ear;
- You like to work in a team, but you can also perform tasks independently;
- You don't like a 9am to 5pm job, but you are flexible and willing to work during the week, in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays;
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
- A salary according to the catering industry collective labor agreement; between €1,900 and €2,400 gross per month (based on a 38-hour contract/1 FTE);
