Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 1 years post-related experience;
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 3 years post-related experience;
• Competent in the use of the internet and personal computer office automation packages to include Microsoft applications including Share Point.

Desirable:

• Experience in Senior Management/Front Office duties;
• Experience with Document Management and Archive systems;
• Experience/ knowledge of NATO domains including NCI Agency, ACO and ACT.

Duties/role:

• Acting as the Point of Contact for the Air C2 Sharepoint Document Coordination Tool;
• Formating a variety of documents such as letters and technical reports applying Agency templates and standards;
• Providing guidance and support to Air C2 Centre staff on the effective use of the Sharepoint based Document Coordination Tool, applying the Air C2 Quality Management standards and processes.
