Wil jij onze klanten helpen meer te halen uit hun Atlassian tools en bijbehorende processen? En gun jij jezelf de mogelijkheid om te leren, ervaring op te doen en te kunnen groeien als Atlassian consultant? Dan zit je bij TMC ALM goed. Onze dienstverlening bestaat uit het inrichten, verbeteren en onderhouden van Atlassian tools. Voornamelijk op het gebied van Agile, (IT) Service Management en Dev Ops. Het succesvol combineren van de manier van werken en de tools van onze klanten is waar wij voldoening uithalen.What we expect from you

Het vertalen van uitdagingen of wensen van klanten naar passende oplossingen binnen de Atlassian tools zoals:
- JIRA, JIRA Service Management en Confluence. Maar ook tools zoals Trello en Bitbucket
- Kennis en ervaring met het gebruiken en beheren van Atlassian oplossingen of vergelijkbare producten
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, met ervaring in de richting van Software ontwikkeling, ICT of (Atlassian) Applicatiebeheer
- Je bent zelfstandig en weet daarbij de juiste prioriteiten te stellen, maar schroomt ook niet om hulp te vragen als dat nodig is
- Bouwen aan je netwerk binnen het Atlassian ecosysteem en het up to date houden van relevante kennis
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Je vindt het belangrijk om opgedane kennis toegankelijk te maken voor anderen en deze proactief te delen
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel Nederlands als Engels
