What will you be doing as a Azure Cloud Engineer at Independer?
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, specifically with Microsoft Azure. Our aim is to use services as managed as possible and deploy these by using Infrastructure as Code.
Your responsibilities:

Implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Ia C).
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor cloud resources and their costs.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Monitoring the security, both the WAF and IPDS
Collaborate with development and data teams to expand and enhance the cloud infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Azure services and cloud technologies and advice on improvements, both technical and costs.

Vereisten

What we are looking for in our new colleague?

Certification: AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) and SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator).
Experience: Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using Azure Monitor, Azure Dashboard, or similar tools
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Bicep.
Powershell/CLI knowledge is a bonus

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to haves:

Additional certifications in Azure
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools like Azure Dev Ops.
Understanding of network security and identity management in Azure.
